How we read
- Hyperliquid: one WebSocket for the page. Each wallet subscribes to its fills (userFills) and to its positions on the main perp dex and every HIP-3 dex at once (allDexsClearinghouseState). Builder-dex markets keep their dex prefix (xyz:MSFT).
- On open, missed Hyperliquid fills are read with userFillsByTime from the last fill this browser saw (at most 7 days back; 24 hours for a new wallet). A response holds at most 2,000 fills, so busy wallets are read page by page (up to 5 pages, the 10,000 fills Hyperliquid keeps). Hyperliquid requests from this page stay under 600 weight a minute.
- Fills of one wallet in one market less than 60 seconds apart are merged into one change: open, add, reduce, close or flip, with realized PnL on closes. Spot fills are left out.
- Lighter has no public fill stream for an account, so the page compares its positions every 60 seconds. A change shows with the window it happened in, not the exact fill time. Changes while the page was closed show as "while away".
- Volume: Hyperliquid from portfolio (perp volume over the last week and month), Lighter from the account's trades, Pacifica from its trade history, both summed over 7 and 30 days. When a wallet has more trades than the page reads (2,000), the figure is a lower bound, marked ≥.
- Points: only Pacifica publishes a weekly pool (10,000,000). The estimate is your 7-day volume ÷ (2 × Pacifica's 7-day volume) × 10,000,000, the same assumption as the points comparison, and appears only once 7 days of Pacifica volume are collected. Hyperliquid has no program; Lighter, Extended and Variational do not publish one per wallet.
- Polling stops while the tab is hidden and catches up when it is shown again.
